Each year, Phi Kappa Sigma awards $65,000 in grants and scholarships, which are donations that are funded by contributions to the fraternity’s charitable foundation. In addition, the Phi Kappa Sigma Foundation gives upwards of $30,000 each year to the Men of Honor leadership program. This contribution helps with costs such as facility fees and other various overhead expenses the program incurs annually.

Additionally, Phi Kappa Sigma Foundation partners with Illinois Institute of Technology alumni to give $25,000 in funding every other year for the Carroll Simons Institute for leadership and operations, a program held bi-annually during the summer.
